Depending on which postcode you are living in, your delivery will normally take 24 hours if the order is received before 2 pm Mon - Fri. We use DHL Next Day Delivery as our courier service.
We can also offer to leave it in a safe place if you are at work or out of the home at the time of delivery. This way you do not have to be home to sign for delivery. You can choose this option on the checkout page.
If you do not choose this option then your order will be sent 24 hours signed for service if you ordered before 2 pm on the day of your order Monday to Friday
Some of the following postcodes may take up to 3 working days to receive your order:
AB31- AB38, AB40- AB56, IV1- IV28, IV30- IV32, , IV36, IV40, IV52-IV54, IV63, KW1- KW14, PA21- PA38, PH4- PH41, PH39-PH50, BT.
We do not deliver outside of the UK at this moment
We can at this time deliver to Northern Ireland but we cannot at this moment deliver to the Republic of Ireland. We do deliver to Scottish Island and also the Isle of Man at an additional delivery charge of £10 added to your free delivery.
We will add this charge at checkout of your order. This includes the following postcodes:. HS, IV41- IV49, IV51, IV55- IV56, KA27- KA28, KW15- KW17, PA20, PA41- PA49, PA60- PA78, PH42- PH44, ZE, IM
Incorrect, Damaged or Non-Delivery
If your order is not delivered please call us or contact us through our phone number or contact form on the contact page. As a family run business we treat our customers with the same respect as our family. As we want you to have the best experience possible.
But mistakes and damages can still happen. Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can take care of you.
Back Orders
If your order is not in stock and you would like to back order the item. You are more than welcome to do so and we will deliver it as soon as it arrives. This is rare that we do not have items in stock as we are always receiving large orders of seeds of all kinds daily.
Returns
If for any reason your order does not meet your expectations. This is very unlikely as we keep our standards very high, but we would be happy for you to return your order and we will refund you fully.
Your right to change your mind
It is your consumer's right to change your mind about products bought from our store. (but this does not include products that have a shelf life of less than 28 days, live bird feeds, or sealed items if they have been opened.
